Lease tips
When travelling away for the holiday season, spring break or summer, remember to close your apartment properly, turning off heating and water if you are gone more than 48 hours.
If you are terminating your lease, remember that French regulations require a full one month notice be sent to the lessor by registered mail for all furnished apartments.
